“I rang tony. He answered almost immediately which is more than i can say about another company. He guided me through how to manually open the door and to check the springs. Well that eliminated one problem so it had to with the unit itself. He was here within the hour and did the job within half an hour. Fixed, serviced and good to go. Highly recommended.”

I eventually got the motor working again temporarily (with tony still on the phone). Eventually I needed to get a new motor in which I had no hesitation to call Tony.
