Absolutely can not recommend these guys enough! My garage door completely died with no warning and no function at all! On a weekend! Hubby works away, leaving me and the little one alone most of the time and I was not safe with a non functioning garage door. Within just a few hours, Tony arranged ?Drew? To come out and replace the dead motor, key all the remotes (including an extra one!) In lightning speed, with 100% professionalism, excellent workmanship, a demo and explanation of how to use all the buttons including how to operate in a power outage. If you need high quality products, excellent workmanship and friendly customer service, do not look any further!

I cannot recommend Professional Garage Door Services enough – with Ryan being everything you could want in a tradesperson. When my garage door opener appeared to have died, I called a couple of companies & was given simply a replacement cost. However when I called & spoke with Ryan, he spent 10 minutes talking me through different ways to check if it was indeed a problem with the opener & not an electrical issue within or around my house. Who does that?!There was absolute transparency about the installation process and cost & everything was delivered as discussed. To put it simply – Ryan’s just really good at his job! so if, like me, you’re hit with an unexpected repair or replacement of your garage door opener, my advice would be to just call PGDS – you won’t need to make a second call.

I have an old manual roller door with not much room at either end. I asked about 10 different companies and they all said that I could not fit a motor to it and that I required a new tilt door ($1700). I sent my pics to Ryan and he manged to find the parts and fit a super quiet Merlin Motor to my door within two days. Awesome Service and thank you again Ryan.

Amazing service, honest and reliable and straight to the point.Smashed into my own garage door due to faulty aftermarket remotes (from another company) and fried the motor early in the morning. Spoke to Tony, he asked for some pictures of the damage, he called me back gave me 3 possible outcomes and quotes and organised a time to have a look and fix the problem.Tony came down in the in the evening while on his way home after an emergency job, he could of rescheduled for the next day but he squeezed us in.He came and not only straighten up the banged up panels but also replace the faulty motor all very quietly and quickly, it was the most expensive quote out of the 3 he gave me as the motor was dead, but not a dollar more than what he quoted me and I was aware of it.Tony is an absolute legend, totally recommended this company thumbs up all around 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Thank you again and kind regardsApologies to your wife on the missed parmigiana.
