Today our roller door just needed some love and care, but previously we have dealt with broken springs, and new operating unit, new controllers. Friendly and prompt service each time. One of the springs on our door broke on a Saturday afternoon and I enquired if Professional Garage Door services would be available to fix my door. Ryan kept me informed of his availability on a Sunday which is pretty unusual and made a booking for Tuesday and if he could squeeze it in -do on the Monday.The Tuesday availability was kept punctual and Ryan texted ahead of his arrival.The replacement of both springs on the door was a quicker job than I thought it would be and Ryan also serviced the door which hadn’t had a service for a couple of years. Cost All up was $500 odd.Ryan also advise that down the track a couple of the bearings will need replacement but he will email me in 2026 just to remind.

We accidentally drove into our garage door and with the car stuck inside, he was quick to rescue us straightening a door which was horribly bent.
